All orders are shipped out the very next business day after purchase. You will receive an email directly after your purchase with confirmation. Also your account on our site will also have your purchase record. If there are any issues with inventory being out of stock or any other problems with your order, we will contact you. We will do our best to get your order shipped out as soon as the product becomes available, but you also have the option to receive a full refund as well.
We will forward on the delivery estimate that we receive from the USPS or UPS. Business days include Monday-Friday excluding holidays (not Saturday orSunday). We cannot control the weather, natural disasters, or errors on the part of the courier. We are not a courier service, so we use trust in them to get their job done. If your shipment does not arrive on time, we will not refund the shipping charges. It is always a good idea to order your hair well ahead of the appointment time to avoid problems.
We will ship out overnight orders the very same day if they are received by 1pm Central Standard Time. We use UPS for most overnight orders as they are very reliable, but they are also very expensive. You have the choice of the cheaper Express Mail overnight service from the USPS, but they only make it about 75% of the time. Customers living in big cities have a much better chance. Again, we are not responsible if there is a delay with the courier, Also, please note UPS does not deliver on Saturday.
Problems that may arise......
We will ship your order to the address your provide. Our website automatically sends an email with your tracking number as soon as it is shipped.
Make sure to double check your address to confirm that you have all the correct information including the numbers of the street address, apartment numbers, and the correct postal code.
Many times the courier will not leave a package at the door of apartment buildings or condos. They may leave a notice or attempt the next day to deliver it. Please contact your local post office and management office first if you should have received your package to see if it has been held there.
We cannot give special instructions to the postman or to the UPS driver. We apologize, but there is no way to do it.
We use USPS International Shipping. It typically takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks to receive a package depending on which country you are in. If you would like a different service, please email us and we can arrange it for you.
We are not responsible for customers charges in the customer's country. Please research this before purchasing.
